Purpose:
This Student Policy outlines the expectations, rights, and responsibilities of all students enrolled at Arown Academy. It is designed to foster a positive, respectful, and productive learning environment across all modes of study.
Scope:
This policy applies to all current and prospective students, including in-person and online learners, enrolled in any program, course, or service offered by Arown Academy.

Behavioral Expectations:
Students are expected to act with respect, integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all academic and non-academic activities. Respect for peers, faculty, staff, and institutional property is mandatory.
Prohibited Actions:

Consequences:
Violations may result in disciplinary actions such as verbal/written warnings, suspension from classes, revocation of access to resources, or expulsion, depending on the severity.
Attendance Requirements:
Regular attendance is required for all lectures, workshops, exams, and online sessions. Students must maintain a minimum attendance rate of 75%.
Grading System:
Grades will be awarded based on academic performance, participation, assignments, and exams. Students will be informed of grading criteria at the beginning of each course.
Plagiarism and Academic Integrity:
Plagiarism or any form of academic dishonesty will not be tolerated. Offenders may receive a zero on the assignment/exam or face further disciplinary action.
Assignment Submission:
Assignments must be submitted by the stated deadlines and in the required format. Late submissions may incur grade penalties unless approved in advance.
Examination Rules:
No cheating or possession of unauthorized materials
Mobile phones and smart devices are prohibited during exams
Violations will result in disqualification or further disciplinary action
Acceptable Use of Technology:
Students must use Arown Academy’s digital resources responsibly and solely for educational purposes. Misuse, including hacking or spreading malware, is prohibited.
Data Privacy:
Student information is collected for academic and administrative purposes and is protected according to applicable data protection laws.
Online Etiquette:
Students must engage respectfully in online discussions, classes, and forums. Offensive language, spamming, and disruptive behavior will lead to disciplinary action.
Access to Resources:
Students will receive login credentials to access learning materials, recorded sessions, software, and academic tools. Sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited.
Data Collection:
We collect information such as name, email address, academic records, attendance logs, and communication records for institutional purposes.
Data Usage:
Collected data is used for enrollment, communication, academic evaluation, and improving student services.
Data Sharing:
Student data is not shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required.
Student Rights:
Students have the right to access, update, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting the administration.
Official Communication Channels:
All official communication will be made via email, Learning Management System (LMS), SMS, or notices on the academy’s website.
Response Times:

Social Media Guidelines:
Students must refrain from posting misleading, offensive, or defamatory content about Arown Academy on social media platforms. Violations may result in disciplinary action.
